Here are our Terms & Conditions that one must agree to before booking us.
Terms & Conditions
1. Use of spray or any kinds of liquid that can damage the camera is to be prohibited.
2. For selection of photos for album 2 months time will be given, exceeding time limit might lead to increase of album price due to market price fluctuations.
3. Video delivery time will be within 10-12 weeks.
4. Album will be delivered within 4 weeks of receiving selected photos.
5. No raw files of video will be shared. If raw files are required, it will incur additional charge.
6. All photos will be delivered within 15 days after the event day.
7. All the files will be safe with us for a span of 6 months after delivery, after which additional storage charge will be levied.
8. Clients must be respectful towards photographer/videographer.
9. The Parties hereby agree that the Photographer will be provided with a meal by the Client.
10. The Parties agree that the Client will provide a brief overview of the wedding’s expectation to allow the Photographer to prepare in advance.
11. The Photographer will not be held liable for the poor quality of photographs in case of the guests’ interference with the photographer’s work.
12. The Client understands and abides by the fact that the Photographer may be restricted or limited by rules of the location of the ceremony and/or reception.
CANCELLATION POLICY
The Parties agree that in case the Client cancels this Agreement 3 months prior to the event, he/she will be entitled to a refund of 50% deposit made whereas he/she will not be entitled to a refund of any deposit made if the cancellation is made less than 3 months prior to the event.
In case, the event is postponed, the service fee might be increased depending on the circumstances and availability of the photographers.
If the photographer is not available on the decided date after postponement, then the amount taken in advance is refundable up to 50%.
